8ft. x 8ft., 4 hole, 4 windows, 4 rattle reels. Shingled roof and pressboard floor (solid with no weak spots). Reddy Heater brand GLOWARM 30,000 BTU heater that runs on LP. House is wired up direct current. Has fan and 2 overhead lightbulbs. You can either plug your generator into the wall or hook up the cable to your vehicle battery and plug it into the wall to run the electricity. Good rubber on the tires and pulls fine at 55mph. Inch and 7/8 ball hitch. Good condition. $1,150.

All, I've fished out of this house and can tell you it's a comfortable, quality shack with a heater that will melt your hair!! I'm surprised Your getting rid of this, All that talk of a youg'n must be getting to you.
