We put in a new dock at the cabin Saturday and the first fish off of it was a 10" bluegill! I took a picture with it next to the tape measure. I think that is a good sign of things to come. I might just leave the boat at home from now on. cool.gif Otherwise, I caught some smaller sunfish (some still with eggs), one largemouth, a few smallmouth, a few silver bass, lots of big sheephead and a few catfish (largest went 19").

I will post the picture after next weekend after I retreive the digital camera that I forgot at the cabin. blush.gif

Heck of a deal. Sounds like your cabin is in fish central. Awesome. The 10" bull has elluded me on the Zumbro so far this year, but I hope to change that soon!

Can't wait for the pic. I love starring at those massive pannies

Awesome job on the gill. There are some true bull gills in there. Zumbro is an excellent multi species lake. Glad to hear your report. I'm betting you'll be enjoying the lake for years to come.

I've caught numerous ones over 9" out there, but never hit 10" before. I've been fishing it almost every weekend for about the last 5 summers now and love it. I usually don't even bring the boat down because I have so much fun fishing from shore.
