Garden Islands

I was wondering if anyone had been out to the garden islands or has any advice for one going here from the pine island area. We are coming up next week and if action isn't the best the first day or so we were thinkin about heading in this direction. Any advice or comments or heck anything relating to the fishing or 23 mile trip (?) trip would be greatly appriciated.

I was up to knight and bridges islands in late january. These islands are about 5 miles south of Garden. There is a well maintained bomber trail marked with black stakes all the way up to garden starting at Pine. It's about 20 miles by sled.
