HI PIKE,

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A BITE LIKE YOU SEE AT RED LAKE FOR CRAPPIES, SORRY, BUT THAT AIN'T HAPPENING. I HAVE HEARD OF A FEW CRAPPIES CAUGHT AFTER DARK, BUT VERY FEW. RAINY IS A CANADIAN SHEILD LAKE AND A ENTIRELY DIFFERENT FISHERY THEN RED. CRAPPIES ARE BEING CAUGHT, BUT WITH ANY CONSISTENCY WOULD ON THE CANADIAN SIDE OF RAINY. BEST DEPTH I WOULD SAY IS 30 TO 40 FEET., AND AS WITH MOST ACTIVE FISH BEING 2 TO 10 FEET OFF THE BOTTOM.

SINCERELY,

FISHMEISTER
