East Side of Leech?

Howdy,

While driving on 200 heading back to Duluth today I noticed near Whipolt a serious lack of shanties out on the ice. Why is this? Lack of access or just a dead sea?

The reason you did not see many ice houses on the east side is because it is mainly a big 14 foot bowl. Leech is still producing walleyes. leech is also known for the great muskie fishing.

Thanks Guys, is there access out of Huddle's? I could barely see in the distance but looked like a large grouping of houses out by the island. Must be some structure out there I would figure.
