I was killing some time yesterday, and I wanted to see if there were actually cars on the lake. I park at Ponderosa, and am walking out to see around the corners, there are relativly fresh truck track so there must be ice , and a leaf goes skipping along right next to me and for some reason I think it's ice opening up to swallow me whole. Glad no one was around to see me jump and start to run for shore!

I was thinking of heading out to the Zum. this evening. Has anyone been having much of a evening bite? I heard there is decent fishing across from Grandpa Ed's. Is it legal to park there and walk across?
