First timer on Bemidji

Just wondering of a spot to start fishing on Bemidji? Going to school here at BSU and have lots of free time this semester and hope to get out on the lake. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

do you have a truck to get out on one of the accesses? if so just head out of the park by the mississippi, and drill a couple holes on the outer edge of the houses, you should pick up a couple pirch and the occasional eye. If you are walking out, i would try out of Cameron, i dont know if they are driving out there, but i heard on FM that there were some sketchy spots out there. Ohh by the way, where are you staying on campus?

It is not my fault that after 8 years of college that I can still remember my home... One thing I do remember it was always tough to put my portable and shotgun into my room...

As for education--I did learn... Not to drink beer before Liqour ... Good Luck..
