Gull Lake...A.M. Eyes

Heading up Tomorrow A.M. to try for some eyes. Any ideas on where to go and what to use. Not looking for GPS coordinates just a general area. Thanks in advance!!!!

We have been working the Grassy Point area. It seems all three sides are producing (south, east and west). Even the gap on the west side of where the bouys are in the open water months. 18-30 feet, shiners and tip-ups.

We've been doing well just a few feet from the weedline in 15' FOW, in the mornings.Medium shiners & fatheads have been getting most of the biggers fish on tip ups or set lines. If you can find a turn from the shoreline break, thats been the best producing spots I've found this winter. Good Luck

I agree with Dan and Ryan. The north end of the lake has been good. Get a lake map and pick out a small point or inside turn on any major bar. The shallow bite has been good, 18-22 feet. Mid-lake humps have produced lots of fish as well. Good Luck!

Thanks for the reply's guys. We went out and were fishing by 6:30 am. We used Rainbow chubs and Golden Shiners. We were fishing the edge of a mid lake hump in about 20 ft of water. The perch were hitting in the shallows and one walleye caught off of the hump. Pretty slow day of fishing but always fun to get out there.
