Riley - West-side access closed??

Anybody know why the small access on the west side of Riley is now posted "No Trespassing"? This sucks, it was my way out to a few good spots.

I saw Saturday somebody had dragged their shack right past the sign, not sure if they had permission or what.

Anybody know the scoop? Who owns the land, can we get permission, etc??

It is privatly owned and was never an "access". Up to the sign is easment but past it is private property. Once I heard it was someones property I quit using it----I think the owner didn't like the trash or the huge ruts from the vehicles.
