Married White Fisherman In Seek Of Other Pout Slayers. Heading down to Boy Scout landing this afternoon to try for some pout. Should be there between 12:30 and 1 for the rest of the day. My house is a green grand carivan and I will be up stream from the landing. Stop in and say hi.

I would prolly join you if I knew how to get down there. I want to go try to get some of those slimy critters but I really have no clue haw to get down to that landing. If any one could help me out with that it would be great. Good luck to you and I might see you down there.

5 little 14" eyes and a 20" sturgeon. Nothing special. But at least there was some action. All in all, a nice day.

BTW, don't eat any of those nasty pout!! Dispose of them properly. Skin and gut, cut meat off of bone. The skin, bones and guts can go in the regular garbage, but the meat is highly toxic. Place meat in zip-lock bag with fresh water and deliver the toxic material to 8763 3rd street south, Brookston for proper disposal. Thanks for helping to keep our waters clean.

Hey TC, I think that was you that i talked to as i was packing up tonight. i had on the st croix ball cap and tan carharts. always nice to meet another FMer. My search for pout was unsuccesful tonight although the legendary wal-i-king got a nice one.

That pout was pretty tasty. Thanks for the kind words Quick and don't worry it is just a pout so it is nothing to feel like I beat you on or anything...even though I did. I think they will start going in there more in the next couple of weeks but unfortunately I will be gone here pretty quick. SO you guys have fun slaying them and let me know how you do.
