Good condition. It's abut 7 years old - the old heavy canvas type shell. No holes in fabric, one cracked window - duct taped. It has some minor cracks on a couple of floor hinges. Otherwise, it works fine. You pick up in Northome on your way to Red Lake! $125.00.

Bump - this is a good deal! It cut it's teeth on Red and will serve you well. I'll demo in my heated garage on your way. 6'x6' by over 6' tall.

I cant believe it hasnt been snatched up either. i used to have one and only got rid of it to become more mobile. Its the next best thing to a perm if major moility isnt a factor.

Jiggin, your pics are on the way. The reason I'm so cheap is my location. But if you're on the way to Red, Lake of the Woods, the Canadian border, etc. This is right on your way. Or could be made on your way with very minor re-routes.

Man this is a steal! If I didnt already have one I would pick this up in a second. This is a great house, very quick and easy to set up, ROOMY, handles wind very well and easy to heat with the black fabric. Great house to use if you are driving out on a lake. Very easy take down for when its time to move. At this price I cant believe it hasnt sold.

Pics are on the way. Note that the pics are pretty low quality - I think a bad camera battery. But it's a big black box! 6'x6'x6.5' tall. It's black canvas, I like it better than the new synthetics.

this is one of the best deals around guys. I used to have this exact same house, the old one with the nice heavy duty canvas, which I think was better than the new stuff. sold mine last year for $300 to the first person who looked at it!!

      Birds at home have been quiet and out of sight.  Not sure where they went.  Last year they wouldn’t respond to calls - until they did.  But that will be common until the girls quit being friendly.

      I've seen about 60 turkeys in 1.5 days of hunting thus far.  Unfortunately they are not responding to calls or decoys and the only birds that have walked within range are hens.   It's just a waiting game now.  Deer hunting for turkeys, hoping a legal one walks past before I have to quit in a few days...

Specifically, it was shot in southwest Minnesota, with locations including Round Lake, Pioneer Village, and Jackson County.
