LacLavon (Sp?) in Lakeville area

Has any one hade any luck out there from shore. I hit it 3 times in the last 2 weeks with just HAHAHA's from the fish. Big hite on a buzz bait, but no fish to hook, same with the scum frogs. Any suggestions? The lake looks realy clear with all most no cover (weeds/Pads).

LacLavon is a real good hidden metro fishery. Have taken a canoe out and fished topwater and caught some big fish and lots of fish. Also one of the biggest snapping turtles I have ever seen. Caught it on a Devilhorse. Big pike in the lake, but hard to catch because of stunted sunnies. Shore fishin is tough. You need to invest in a bellyboat. Would be a hoot!!
