Rum River Shore access

Is there much shore fishing possibilities on the rum? Would like to fish it this summer.

I have only been there in a boat so I don't know how to get to some of these spots, but yes there are a few shore spots.

1. Would be the dam in Anoka, there's a fishing pier.

2. Anoka County Fairground boat launch, there's a fishing pier there to.

3. There are some canoe launch sites and another fishing pier more upstream, but I don't know how to get to them from land.
