Anyways.. Question

I am comming up the Weekend of july 24. I was wondering if anyone know what marina channel the resorts typically listen to as far as there safety chennel?

Also doe anyone know what radio stations work on the lake?

After reading that post of the guys who got caught in the water funnel I want to be as safe as I can.. I rememeber look at my dad pretty much asking him the same question.. back in 1992.Caught on 7 mile flat with waves blowing over us..

Anyone know if the hawgs are at Shermans yet?

Most marinas all coasties and I believe all commercial sized boats over a moderate size limits monitor channel 16. Channle 16 is sometimes referred as the hailing channel because once you contact someone you are supposed to move to another agreed upon channel for further use. The use of channel 16 is limited to emergencies, hailing and comm checks I believe.
