Perch Bite!

Judd

Recommended Posts

Last weekend my 6 year old daughter and I caught 17 Jumbos in 24 hrs. She caught 59 perch most 5 inches but also brought in 7 of the Jumbos 10.5 to 13 inches. The barometer was dropping the whole weekend and we had an almost full moon. Did anyone else do well on the large perch last weekend? I was using a silver hammered swedish pimple with a fathead head. and she was using a red super glow #6 fatboy with waxworms. On the camera the jumbos did not hesitate, they came in and attacked.

Judd,

I was up last Friday, we have a shack out of Lybacks. We caught a whole bunch of little perch and brought home about a dozen eaters between four 4 guys. I've had the camera with me every trip and I have noticed that the little perch will just hang out around your bait and the jumbos just come right in out of no where and grab it and run. The action up there this year hasn't been to hot, I only wish I could find some Walleyes out of that area on the lake, I have yet to see any even swim through.

Any ideas whre to get some eyes in front of lybacks resort???

Matt
