There is vehicle activity in various areas on the lake near shore or in the bays. There are some spots that I don't want to take an ATV to yet, but other spots I'd be willing to take a truck to. Check the ice as you go if you're venturing to a new area. The extra time getting out is better than going for a swim.

The fishing has been good for eyes, perch, and pike. I've heard of some decent reports for perch, but we haven't come across too many true jumbos. The eyes have been keeping us plenty busy.

With the ice shaping up nicely in many areas the resorts are starting to pull houses out. We have our deluxe sleeper out. If you want a sleeper look some of the resorts up or give us a try and click on our link at the bottom of the post.

Nice fish , me and the wife are headed up right after christmas. Came up last year we fished twin pines, didn't catch a whole lot, but had a good time anyway. Looks like I've been talking to the wrong people.Glad I found this page, the info is A-1 THANKS FOR ALL.....
