I think I have bought everthing I need for productive trip in Jan. My ? is should I bring a radio out to the house with us and will I be able to get any radio stations out there?

My little boombox picked up a couple stations. The best reception was a country station that played the same 1/2 doz songs over....and over...and over again! Better than dead silence, I guess.

Tip of the day. Bring your personal cd player and steal the small batteried operated speakers from your computer. You will be rockin' all day, as long as you bring enough batteries. It all fits in a fanny pack or back pack with your other fishing stuff.
