South Center

Anyone heard about fishing in the bays on South Center in Lindstrom? Just thinking about going out and wondering if anyone has had any luck or heard about ice.

Tha majority of that lake was open water as of 2 days ago. THere have been a few guys with tip ups in the bay right near the bus garadge, but I think all they are just throwing up a few tip ups out. I did hear that a couple ventured off the point, but I am not nearly that brave... and I didn't see it with my own eyes!

There's a house out behind pancake island. Don't know how they got out there. Good luck

I was out on the bay and caught a few bass. Also, people have started to go out on the main lake now. They say that there is about 3 inches out there but I suppose there is more now from the cold last night. Good Luck and post if you have any info. Thanks,
