Feb. 14-17 Report

Fished out of Dickies this past weekend with a bit of success. My buddies from back home(northern WI), were over, and we rented 2 houses. one house out on the 28' gravel, and the other off rd. B in 12' of water. The far house produced 3 pout and an 8" walleye, all on rattle reels. The shallow one gave up 2 walleyes, 29" and an honest 30". Both of those fish were on tip-ups. Not much doing with the perch, and we put a lot of miles on the trucks and augers. Plenty of beer and Purple Sack made the perch searching a bit nicer though.

By the way, if the guy in the white truck that thought it funny to intentionally run over our tip-up Sat. night checks this board, you're extremely lucky the guy who owned it is as non-confrontational as he is. Personally, if I had 65 bucks invested in a tip-up, you would have spit teeth.
