Pheasant game farms

Looking to take a friend of ours from NoDak out to chase ditch parrots over the holidays as a payback for letting us hunt their land. Any local spots still open or phone #'s.

I'm not sure of the name, but west of Marquette there is a pheasant farm that I used to hunt in late December. I shot soo many birds because there were so many left-overs. Used to be owned by Carl Lease I believe. Give him a call and he could at least point you in the right direction. Otherwise we've been seeing good numbers of wild birds about 40 minutes west. Good hunting and no hunters.

matt, thanks I did not know they had pheasants this far north we spend a lot of time hunting around fosston and have not seen any ever.

We've got thousands of acres south of town where I used to guide that hold quite a few pheasants. 2 different people release birds in that area but according to some of my farmer friends, there have been wild birds there for as long as they can remember.
