Ice Predictions?

Anyone have any ice predictions? My guess is the small lakes won't have fishable ice until the first week of December, bigger lakes 2nd-3rd week. What's your guess? We need some cold calm nights.

I'm hoping for January, I don't want to put the boat away! But we've got some colder weather coming. So I would say your prediction sounds about right.

I hate to say it people but as I sit here looking out my patio door overlooking the Crow Wing river it pains me to see ice out there. Yep I said that nasty word ICE, on the river of all places. I know its probably not going to stay but it might. I hope not. But maby.

I wouldn't mind seeing a warm winter too. Duck, how was the Muskie season for you? I heard this fall was darn good for a lot of guys.
