Is the ice gone yet?

Well, almost. There is still quite a bit on the north shore. We had a nasty southeast wind over the weekend so it all blew north. There are piles of ice out in the lake near hogsback. It looks like someone took a huge dump truck and piled it up out there.

But, the south end is open! (until the wind swtiches, that is...)

The ice should be completely gone in a day or two. Check out this week's Mille Lacs fish report for the latest info.
