I have never fished the Alexandria area and am looking to give it a try in a week or two.
Any recomendations would be appreciated.

There are no shortage of lakes in the Alexandria Area to fish.
Stop in at NE Outfitters and they will give you some direction.
There are plenty of hotels in the area too.
Not too many resorts open in the winter, maybe a few on Carlos and Miltona.

Hey

I am going to Alex this weekend and Plan to stay at the L motel...2 beds 1 night 54 bucks..1 bed 1 night 40 so its pretty cheap...The other hotel that has the exact same prices is Skyline...They both have refigerator and Microwave. Hope i have helped..
