I believe that Head of the Lakes resort is the only place open during the winter as for resorts. Check with Osakis Bait they used to but I believe they came into new ownership.

Osakis Baits is under new ownership but they will be plowing roads because they will be renting fish houses. They plow a few on the south end of the lake. Head of the lakes does a fair amount of plowing on the narrower north end. I'm not sure if Fisherman's Corner does any plowing but I believe he rents fish houses so he may.
