Lake levels?

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know how much rain the Alex area got out of the recent rains? My boat was getting tough to get off the lift two weeks ago. Any word on the sunnies on lake Osakis? Are they in the weeds yet?

The blugills are in the bullrushes now!
Try the inner rushes of Two Mile and Three Mile. Also try the outlet area.
Good Luck!!!!

Didn't get nearly the amount of rain as the northwest corner or the west metro recently...so lake levels haven't changed much at all. Area levels are running at or just below normal.

Yes, as the previous post confirmed...sunnies are in the weeds..

have a great weekend everyone!...good luck and good fishing!

I heard on the news that Alex is seeing some flooding. If so, what areas are bad and how are lake levels now?

Thanks much!

Did have some flooding in the area after Wednesday's rain. Lake levels on the Chain are noticeably up. Roughly 6" on Geneva. Water is a bit turbid as well. Should trigger some shallow 'eyes! The new channel into Victoria from Geneva is now more easily passable with the higher water.
