Coming up week of crappie contest and are renting sleeper from westwinds. Do these houses get moved away from the crowds? I know it must be almost impossible since I hear the crowds converge where ever you go. Are sleepers equipped with rattle reels or should we bring our own. We will probably fish away from the house during the dayand were wondering if there is a day bite if we get away from the crowds. Look forward to coming up as we had a great time last year.

The houses are moved every few days depending on how the fishing is in them. There is not ratle reels in the house, so you can bring your own. There has been a bite at all times of the day, but by March who knows what the bite will be like. The crappie contest should be a good time again this year so I hope everyone enjoys.

W.W. bartender, I will be staying in that sleeper on this Saturday the 2nd. I will bring the Captain. I heard a rumor that it helps insure that the house will be setting on a big school of Crappies!! Is there anything else I should bring to ensure my success? I am planning to be there for lunch before I go out. I might be swayed into "buying" if I am let in on a couple of secrets out there.
