Place to crash?

Hi everyone.

Where do you guys all crash for the night?

Not a good idea to drive ALL the way back home after a long day on the ice?

If you were going up for a weekend with the girl friend, where can a couple stay over?
Resort would I'm guessing be packed full.
Hotels in the not so far off area?
I have a Island cabin over East a ways on Vermilion, but that would even be some drive in the dark of night after a long days on the ice?
Most likly drive up from the cities and hang around Red Lake area for a few days, then drive home?

Any help could leed to some free time on the open water with me this summer hunting a 50?

The Americann in Blackduck is a good place (218)835-4500. I am staing there on Sat. Night. Call quick were pretty close to being filled last week already.

we stay at the hotel in blackduck.... driving all the way back to buffalo after a full day on the ice is insane!!!!
