Early Morning Access??

Where's the best place to access the lake early in the morning?? I'm talking like 5:30 ish!!! Are any of the establishments open at that time?? Thanks!!

If you are that energetic to catch fish you should get free access. Just stop by on your way back to shore and ask them if you need to pay. Be careful tho in the dark as this cold snap will cause the ice to shrink and cracks will open up.

ROGERS' Campground store is always open by 5:30 a.m. You can get bait and tackle and a good cup of hot coffee...

In my opinion everyone on Upper Red Lake proves that there still is a place where humanity thrives. To bad other resorts and businesses dependent on fisherpeople in other regions don't follow their lead. My expeience with people in the area is if you miss us today catch us tomorrow.

Your services are greatly appreciated and I take my hat off to all of you. I am planning a trip up there in a week or so and can't wait.
