lake passes???

whats up with the lake passes their giving out when you pay the $5??

The lake passes we are giving out is something basically to show that you have paid in case you come back in or something. Some people like to have something to show for there money so we thought the passes would be a good idea. It also has a phone number on it incase of any problems.

westwinds barkeep, thanks for info, very good idea. any chance on getting garbage dumpsters out on the lake to maybe help the trash situation? it must really be a mess in the spring.

I know that West Wind is handing out garbage bags with the lake passes. Hudec's has put in a dumptster just for fishermen entering or leaving the lake. The Assn. has put up signs reminding people to keep the lake clean. The people working on the lake are spending time each day picking up out there. I do not think the problem is as bad this year as it was last year. I was surprised last Sunday morning that a crowd that size had not left a lot more. I hope we are turning the corner on this problem.
