The latest report from the folks is that the water is open in spots near Loman, but has not opened up past Indus and the rapid chain. Still ice fishing at Birchdale and on down the River.

Thanks for the update. Funny tho, you will see people ice fishing at Birchdale and the next day there are boats in open water. Last year there was a truck parked a short distance from the ramp on the ice and within 1-2 days it was open water.
