Too Big of Boat?????

My friend and I both have Ranger boats that are 19'+. Is there anyplace you can rent a 12-15 footer to slide accross the ice if the ramp hasnt been cleared by the end of march??? Thank you

Some years when it looks like my 1850 sportfish "may" be a possibility I have come with the big rig and 14' tied to my ladder rack or rented from resorts up river,boat only. But we did know them at the resort pretty well I dont know if they make regular practice of sending bouts out that far up river. This year I just picked up a pretty small 17 alumacraft that Im willing to slide on the ice and leave tied overnight, should be a good river boat.
