leech lake fish report

we just returned from leech and the fishing was real slow. We caught enough for a fish fry and that was it. we fished hard for three days and caught three eater walleye and a few nice perch. we did catch quite a few rock bass and pike but those we released.a cold front came through and shut everything down. we did catch a four pound dogfish and many old time locals said they did not know they were in the lake. I cannot say enough about the resort " Birchwood resort is the best, they are priced right ,very knowing and do everything in their power to make your stay enjoyable" tackle tom
