Big Fish

I was out there on Sat and didnt catch nothing but bass and small northerns. I have caught some nice eyes out of there but most of them have been during ice fishing. During open water they rarely seem to bite until sunset and later. Let me know if you are heading out there for sure and maybe I will see ya on the water.

Anyone have any pointers on Big Fish. Heading out there Thursday and have never fished it. I see a few obvious spots on the map, but any idea would help. Going after walleyes primarily, otherwise may may go after some bass as well. How are the sizes out there?

You should have no problem finding bass. I have had good luck casting to the docks. The walleyes are a different story. I've been told that they are in there but have yet to see one caught. The water is very clear so I would suggest trying it at dusk or dawn. If your really ambitous, the night bite should be worth trying.
