I'm heading up to Horseshoe for some crappies & cats tomorrow. Does anyone know what the water level is like & if the HWY 22 landing is in good shape? I'd like to launch an 18' Crestliner with a 115hp. but if it's shallow I'll bring the jonboat instead. Thanks for any help. Vern

Vern: NO problem launching a boat of that size. The 22 access is in fine shape and they also have the dock in. Good luck!!

Thanks a lot Icehawk. Some of my favorite metro lakes are very low right now & it's tough to land the boat. Just wanted to check before I make the drive. Hopefully the crappies are biting, but if not the cats are always a lot of fun. Vern
