Nels,

I just picked up some conduit and will be working on repairing the portable Tuesday.

Went in the back yard last Saturday and it was slow! I managed only two crappies and I caught those on a Mayfly pattern that I tied up. Marked lots of fish but couldn’t get them to bite.

Tonight was a different story. Caught 20 and was able to get a limit. Most were 10-11 inches with a couple at 12 1/2. No problem getting them to bite, they were slammin’ the minnow. I did notice that the smaller minnows worked best.

Always a day late and a dollar short!

You are correct on your houses location.
This cold front slowed things down, but did manage to hook a few last night.
We fished from 8-11pm

Things seem to be picking up.
Had the boy out with me tonight.
Finished with a 33" & 27" Pike, 14" Eye and a dozen gills all from the same spot.
