Mill lake info

I am looking for any info on Mill Lake.
It is between Long Prairie and Little Falls
on the north side of hiway 23. Has anyone fished it in the winter. Understand the crappies are good but looking for more info

Never fished it personally but know some people who tried it last year. Lot's of crappies but very small, 6 to 8 inchers. Maybe they've grown some but from what they said it normally is those size fish. Sorry I can't help more!!!

took a look at the dnr site, they are saying the same, they are encouraging the taking of 8 inch fish to weed out the small ones. looks like small filet knife is the tool to bring
