MILES BAY CRAPPIES

I will be coming up Sept 29th for five days and wondering if we will be late for the big crappies ? I have heard the crappies are already biting big time in Obabiken . Any thoughts about late Sept would be appreciated. <BR>Also ,are the people catching the crappies fishing like in the spring (shallow) or the typical fall bite ,deep large schools .<P>Cant wait to get there !!!<P>------------------<BR>

Crappie should continue through October...Miles Bay, Obabikon and Hay Island.

WILLY,<P>As RCKWL said, the crappie bite should continue through October. My friends and I go every Fall in early October and have always found crappies in one or all three of those spots. The bite will be typical Fall, Large schools in deep water. Good luck, bring warm clothes and have fun.
