Ice Conditions in the Region?

I wanted to start a post that would focus on the ice conditions in this area, i.e. ice thickness, conditions, safe ice. I know a lot of guys want to know (including me) so here goes, any info on any lake in the area is appreciated.

I am also interested in Ottertail lake. I can tell you the smaller lakes are froze over as far south as New Ulm and Mankato, Lake Reno south of Alexandria had reports of fisherman on it last night, and the big lakes to the north are reporting ice as far as can be seen with field glasses. So what about Ottertail this morning??
