Anybody ever fish east leaf lake?

Recommended Posts

I am looking at a piece of lake property on the South shore of East leaf and wondering how the fishing/lake is? Looked at the DNR survey already and have a general idea, but what do you guys think? Is it good for panfish? Are Wally's pretty tuff to catch in this lake? Seems to be a fairly clear clean lake. Thanks

My parents have a lake lot on the north east side on the big hill. I have fished this lake now for over 15 years. Yes this is a good panfish lake but tough to locate, and yes there are good walleye number in the lake too. I have my secret spots and ways to catch them. Its a buitiful lake but not much for swimming being the shore line around the lake is mostly weeds. I would rather talk to you over email whats your email address.

Thanks for the response, my email is [email protected]

If you don't want to disclose any "secret spots" that is cool too. I will likely fish the lake for sunnies and go to rush, ottertail and other lakes for wally's.
