Resorts June 8-15, 2003

Would appreciate any and all info regarding resorts for the week of june 8-15. Need room for 2-5 persons and would need a boat and motor for the week. Thanks to all in advance.

Thanks Rick and Resorter! Not knowing the territory, is there access to OT from West Battle or from Sand Bay?

No navigatable waters from W. Battle to OT. You have to haul/launch your boat to OT from Battle Lake.

If you followed your advise from Rick and went to the resort locator on Fishing Minnesota, you would have seen the Otter Tail Area listed. On there you can either go to The 2 linked resorts, (Three Seasons Lodge on Otter Tail Lake or Sandbay on West Battle Lake), or to the Otter Tail Country Tourism Association site. The OTCTA Site has a resort finder which lists resorts by lake and even has availability searches for member resorts.

To save some time, The Resorts on Otter Tail Lake are....

• Three Seasons Lodge on Otter Tail Lake
• Nifty Nook
• Otter Tail Beach Resort
• Holly's
• Woodland Beach Resort
• Red Lantern Resort
• Vacationland
  

I know specifically that Three Seasons Lodge has a 2 Bedroom available from the 9-15 and that arrangements could be made on the 8th. They rent 16' Boats with 35 Horse motors and depth finders. I am sure you could get a good package for the week.

Thanks so much everyone. Rick and Resort, I did go to the resort link and found it to be most helpful. Will be finalizing plans this evening. My son is nearly reasy to jump out of his skin with excitement, and I am really looking forward to it also.

Sand Bay resort on West Battle Lake isn't a bad place to stay and have nice boats for rent with 25 horse motors too I think
