right around walleye opener.. id say a water temp of about 50-55??

The small shiners are already starting to run on the north shoreline of Ottertail, should not be long before the big golen backs are there as well.

What is the latest news on the shiner spawn? Has anyone been seeing the bigger ones coming into the creeks yet?

not yet i hope soon cause i also want to trap some but the walleye love to come in the rivers mouths for them and that makes great fishing
