How has the fishing been recently. Headed up next week on Thursday for 4 days. Hopefully the eye's will cooperate. Any info/advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

So, no one here had fished out of Wheeler's point recently? Where is Wheeler's placing their houses? Are they out 10-12 miles like everyone else? Pine Island? Anything happening?

Wheelers<BR>Point in on the corner where the river turns<BR>to 4 mile bay. Not much fishing there now.<P>I dont know where their houses are.<P>Have a great trip. We fished out of Wheelers fish houses on 2/9 and I am guessing we were about 7 miles out from the access by the resort. Fished for eight hours and for six of us we only caught 3 walleyes and one sauger. We did how ever mark alot of fish on the vexilar. We used every jig in the tackle box and nothing worked real good. But it was better than a day of work. Good luck.
