Heading up to LOW Friday and wanted to program 16 mile into the GPS but I have a problem. The coordinate I have is
N4903554 W9505961
When I go to enter in the "W" portion, I can't get the second "9", it will only let me go up to "5" for that space.
Basically the best I can get it is
N4903554 W9505561 (should be 9505961)
Will that put me close? Any suggestion on why it won't go up past 5?
Any help is appreciated as I am completely lost!

no idea why that won't work on your gps, but that will get you close enough. You will see the million houses out there.

It should be 95, 05, 961
So 95, room for 3 digits on my GPS leave the first one as zero for the degrees. Then 2 more digits for the 05 for the minutes, then 961 3 digits for the seconds.

That's correct lowpike. The W reading on your GPS is the longitude and you must enter a zero before the 95. At least that is the way my Gps works.
------------------
Good Luck & Good Fishing. Lucky

Sounds to me like your gps is not taking coords. in the same format as you're trying to enter them. Keep in mind that they can be set to be entered in degrees, minutes, seconds or set differently so they accept degrees with many decimal places after. Sounds to me like you're trying to enter the latter in a gps that is set up to accept the former. Switch the format and enter the coords. Check your users manual to see how to switch formats.
Scoot
