It's really getting hard to move around out there, even with a four wheel drive pickup. Just finding a place to turn off the plowed roads is tough. I was up on Saturday, and there were a lot of people shoveling and pushing their big 4X4's. <BR>

Yes, I agree with $5. This is what I'm planning on doing from now on:<BR>a. use a snowmobile<BR>b. rent house from resort<BR>c. use a buddy's permanent that a resort plows out.<BR>d. go with someone else using their truck, their problem if we get stuck <BR>There are still guys driving out, but it's a helluva lot of work, and you just can't venture out away from the road as much as you'd like. Do you think a guy could move around ok with a 4x4 atv with chains?

I was up over the weekend and I think an ATV would hang up due to clearance and that was before the snow they got yesterday. I think it's sleds only for off road travel now.
