I'm looking to buy a Ski Doo Skandic snowmachine.
Would prefer the 600 e-tec engine, but will consider any.
2010 or newer.
PM with particulars.
If it would help, I have a 2003 Ski Doo Tundra with the single cylinder engine, for trade, excellent condition.
Heading up to V the first weekend in October. Aside from the casino and The Landing, where can you boat to for lunch?
Fishing Ottertail this past weekend we used my sons boat with a Humminbird Helix 9 Si/Di - Follow the Contour GPS. I also put my Vex SonarPhone one side mount which links to the Boating app. I recorded a track on the boating app with the Humminbird following a 16 ft. contour. As you can see on the Boating App track with Sonar video, ls off a fair distance from the Bird depth track. The boating app is a great tool for planning, searching fishing areas and fair on GPS contours. Both Humminbird and Boating use the Glonass GPS system so no differance between long/lat location.
LakeMaster Vs Navionics Boating HB.mp4
I went on an adventure along the Minnesota river south shoreline, picking up trash and encountering some critters. 😄
With illegal taking of ciscoes for bait, including netting them in Quetico nd smuggling them across the border.
Saw it in mpls trib just now.
Nice little unit that I just removed from a used boat recently bought. Everything seems to look and operate perfectly. Includes graph with mounting bracket, battery cable (fused) and transducer with mount. Buy new elsewhere for $169 or here used for $50. Can ship if you cover the cost.
Here is the mfg description:

Dr. gave the OK for a weekend fishing next Friday, heading to Ottertail. Using Sons Tracker with Helix 9 SlDl + follow the Lakemaster map contour. Will not only improve ability to find fish along with tracking a specific contour automatically. I’ve always wanted to do a detailed contour compare between Navionics and Lakemaster. I use the Navionics Boating app linked to the Vex SonarPhone on one of two tablets. I can record tracking, depth, speed and how well the track follows the Lakemaster contour. My second tablet I’ll record FishSmart Lakemaster tracking contour which is the exact same Lakermaster map as on my son’s 9 SiDi. This past week I built a ¾” PC pipe side mount height adjustable transducer holder as we didn’t want to drill more holes in Sons boat. I put the Vex SonarPhone in a ammo box with battery or external power. Looking forward to some Fall Fishing.

Need a reliable electrician on the East end.
Been a long time since I spent on a couple years on Big Fork River and then with kayaks.
Can someone give me advice on what stretches if any I can use my V14 Tracker
with 20 horse, though I can go with my trolling motor. Back injury prevents kayaking.
Looks like above Big Fork and a couple areas below Big Falls might work if there is
Thanks for any help. This is back up to 3 Canada trips that got cancelled.

By LakeofthewoodsMN · PostedOn the south end... The traditional fall jig bite for walleyes is in full swing. There are various schools located across the south shore. Anglers catching good numbers of walleyes just outside the Lighthouse Gap where the Rainy River enters Lake of the Woods, in front of Zippel Bay and around Long Point. Depths of 22-28', anchored up and jigging with a fathead or frozen shiners has been successful. Anglers going through a lot of fish, sorting through lots of smalls to ultimately get nice eaters. A lot of action. Some anglers still drifting spinners with a minnow or crawler with success. Some good walleye reports also from Four Mile Bay in 10-15'. On the Rainy River... Intermittent runs of emerald shiners have entered the river as have some walleyes. Mixed reports by anglers, as the big run hasn't happened yet. Typically activity increases as water cools. Current on the river is low. Most anglers are jigging with frozen shiners, although trolling crankbaits or crawler harnesses are still effective. Sturgeon anglers focusing on deeper holes with a sturgeon rig loaded with crawlers and shiners. Pike showing hanging on weed edges. Up at the NW Angle... Until the US / Canada border opens, guests can travel across the lake staying and fishing in MN waters. There are boat shuttle / passenger services available to the Angle. Check with your favorite NW Angle resort for options. The foliage is beautiful and the walleye fishing is good. Jigging with a minnow on structure in 10 - 15' and 21 - 27' effective. Gold, orange and glow colors great choices. Water temps in the low 60's. A nice mixed bag of walleyes, saugers, jumbo perch, pike and smallmouth. Muskie anglers reporting nice fish as well.
By Wishin4Walleyes · PostedThanks for the posts all. I've been monitoring this forum for a bit and it had gotten quiet so made me worried the fall bite was off to a slow start. Glad to hear jig and minnow bite is going as that's by far the most fun way to get em!
