Spillways, Dams, And Drainage Tubes/ponds

Anyone know, or willing to share if they have any spillway spots or drainage/stormwater  ponds they know of that have fish? 

Metro Area would be preferred but I’m up for a drive as well.

In regards to ponds the MN DNR does have some ponds if you search their website for FIN ponds/lakes (Fishing in the neighborhood) you can find some decent lakes. There are numerous river systems within an hour drive of the metro. In regards to backwaters look on Google earth and be cognizant if it is private property or not.

I have fished numerous ponds w/o luck before I found a few decent ones, putting in the work to find them is half of the fun
