Did you do anything to the lower unit? Trim tab might need adjusting.

+1 on the trim tab being the issue.

Welcome to the forum Dave38.

More then likely the tab like the others have said. Did you do anything to the boat to change the weight around like add a live well or battery in different spots?  Is it a wheel or tiller?

As stated above most likely the Trim tab under the cavitation plate. Might have came loose, or corroded away if it's a sacrificial Zinc type. Agree with Leech, did you make any changes to your boat recently?

With your boat on the trailer,,, with the bow slightly raised (like you're on plane) make sure your motor is as close to 90 degrees to the ground ,,, Most pulling is caused by one side of the prop cutting more water then the other side ,,, Good place to start any way

Made my wife move to the other side of the boat... Great weight shift!?

Had to cook my own supper that night. ☹️

The torque tab counters the pull caused by the rotation of the prop.   Trimming the outboard in or out(up & down) can make a pull show up or go away.   Your Merc uses an allen wrench or a socket and extension to reach the bolt to loosen the torque tab.

Merc uses a right hand rotation.  If the bow wants to turn right by itself you would move the torque tab towards to the center.

That does look good, hard to beat the price and convenience. I looked into these a couple years ago but ended up finding a fairly local guy who does great work for good prices. He's doing my second Euro now

Yeah, I just tell myself, I only have these few years to really enjoy the kids things.  It will fly by I am sure, then I will miss it.   Over the First 3 weekends of Muzzy season Isaac has 12 games, Friday thru Sunday.  Time would be thin.   Muzzy season has always been a hit and miss season for me.  Usually dont need any more meat, and no really established properties to hunt.  Public is the usual.

I found 4" along the shore of a small shallow lake...so tempting!  Anyone else finding anything fishable?

How about a digital photo frame in the shack.

I remember the picture you are talking about, but I think it was last year some time and I just don't think I could wad through all of Duff's politic fall out to find it!  😵   One of my buddies put up those adhesive backed thin cork-board squires on two of his cabin walls. Pretty fun idea of his family growing up at the cabin.  With fishing, hunting pictures mixed in.

Head-O-Lakes and Wakemup were pretty much ice free this past weekend.  Spring Bay has ice as it's really protected.  Some ice in Richie but the west wind on Monday pushed it all to the east end.

Sounds like cost/benefit analysis is underway...

I tried finding the pic @Duffman posted of the board he put together for his basement/bar I think it was but no dice.  Too much for me sift through.  It was pretty cool though and maybe in line with the OP’s idea.   @leech~~, got some time and mad search skills to dig that one up?
