I've never been big into the fishing community, but I started spearing this season and I've fallen in love.
Though, I've seen a few threads where people have spoken out against spearing which I understand, but what's the reason behind some of the flak?
I've received a couple sneers when asking bait shops if they have decoys, and just a general distaste towards spearing.
I mean no disrespect towards anyone, I've had way more positive experiences. Just wondering about some of the negative attitudes towards spearing.
Charging amps are a direct relation to amp hours. Group 31 batteries are 95 to 125 amp hour batteries. If you have 2ea 12v 100ah batteries wired in series you get 100ah on 24 volts. If you burn 80% of the available amp hours a 10 amp per bank charger will recharge your 24 volt bank in 8 hours & the 15 amp hour charger will take 5 1/2 hours. Only caution on charging is keep the battery temp below 50 deg C
Lake travel on most lakes are great. On most lakes if you can get 100 yards onto the lake you'll be safe. Its getting soft with drifts but just fine with 4x4 but few drifts and accesses are causing some issues
Bite has been good downsize and 1 or 2 waxies most.
