Has anyone ever tried trout fishing here? I wasn't planning on being in St. Cloud next week, but it turns out that's exactly where I'll be. Don't want that to ruin my chance at a brownie or 2, so just curious to know any info on this stream.

I never did end up fishing little rock last week. I did read a nice article in the outdoor news yesterday about a 2 year restoration project that trout unlimited just started. Hopefully things workout. Will still plan on checking this stream out since I go to St. Cloud all the time.

I have never fished it for trout.  It used to be a fun little River to fish pike in, back before they designated it a trout stream.  As kids we fished the stretch east of Royalton, north of cty Rd 26.
