Free sites

Can anyone help with info on the # of free, first-come, first served basis on Kab?  Or are you WAYYYY better off getting a reservation for a little bit better site?

I don't think there are free, first-come, first serve anymore. Regardless, I would get a reservation anyway. Too many times, I have burned up half a tank of gas looking for an open site.

C. Vic Linsten (K5) is a large campsite with a sand landing. This site has 1 vault toilet, 2 picnic tables, 1 fire ring, 4 bear-proof food lockers that measure 52''w x 36'' d x 21' h each, and 4 tent pads that measure 14'x14', 14'x14', 14'x13'6'', 13'x13'.
